Founded in 2010, imagis Filmproduktion specializes in high-quality film content for both traditional and emerging media.

The company produces a wide range of formats worldwide, including commercials, documentaries, and fiction films. imagis collaborates closely with the international stunt and SFX organization Screenmasters International.
Notable short films include The Heavy Load (2014), starring Gary Lewis (Billy Elliot, Outlander) and working with DoP David Acereto (Money Heist), The Sands of Summers Past (2016), shot on the British coast in Westbay, and Psykhe (2019), a graduation film from Film University Babelsberg, produced in collaboration with Dolby.
In the music video sector, imagis has worked on projects such as Y Si Me Enamoro for Latin pop duo Daniel Elbittar & Carlos Baute, filmed in Mexico and Spain. The company also produced the pilot for Ni Tan Raro, a Latin comedy series featuring Alejandro Nones (Who Killed Sara), Sabrina Seara (Betty in NY), and Alex de la Madrid (El Señor de los Cielos).
2025 marks the launch of imagis Fiction, a new division dedicated entirely to the development and production of fictional content. Currently, imagis Fiction is working on various documentary and fiction film and series projects for both the German and international markets.
imagis is a member of the Production Alliance for Film and Television and the Producers Association.

Joshua J. Krull

Born in 1993 in Hagen, Joshua J. Krull spent his early years in Mexico, growing up between two cultures. After graduating from high school in 2011, he gained experience as a production assistant on Libertador – The Liberator(WMG Film GmbH). In 2014, he produced the short film The Heavy Load, starring Gary Lewis. From 2014 to 2017, he studied directing at Septima Ars in Madrid, where he worked on several films, including The Sands of Summers Past (2017), shot in the UK. At the same time, he worked as a commercial director for imagis Filmproduktion and directed the master’s graduation film Psykhe at Film University Babelsberg in 2019. In 2022, he directed and co-produced the Latin American series pilot Ni Tan Raro. Since 2020, he has been a partner at imagis, becoming Head of Fiction in 2024. In 2023, he completed the "Film Production Management" certificate program (Erich Pommer Institute & Film University Babelsberg) with top marks (1.3). Joshua Krull is a member of the German Directors Association (BVR) and the German Producers Association (BVP).

Marcus Goldhahn

Marcus Goldhahn is a film producer and green consultant. He has also worked as a writer, journalist, photographer, and short film director. Born in Erfurt, he studied economics and contributed articles to various German and Swiss newspapers and magazines. He gained his first experience as a documentary filmmaker while working on a project about a German singer-songwriter, filming in a Nashville studio with Dave Krusen (Pearl Jam) and members of Blind Melon. Since 2011, he has worked in various departments on TV dramas and series such as Naked Among Wolves, Betonrausch, Save Me, Bumper in Berlin, and The Therapy, as well as independent feature films like Zum Geburtstag, Herbert, Stillstehen, and The Judgment. He has also been a junior producer on international film and series projects, including the German-Italian co-production Crescendo, the tax handling of Suspiria, and a VR project by Terra Mater Studios. Beyond producing and directing numerous short films, Marcus is a forward-thinking green consultant, dedicated to pioneering sustainable solutions for the film industry. With a strong focus on innovation, he seeks out new production methods that prioritize both environmental and social responsibility.
